An annual report for calendar year 2018 (covers Q1, Q2, and part of Q3 that started on December 2018) and slides were prepared for the National Institute for Economic Research Scientific Council session, and reported on December 21, 2018.

Internal meeting of the Project team. During the meeting, conclusions on the Q2 of the Project implementation were made. Issues aroused during the project implementation have been discussed. The further plan for the next quarter (Q3) have been established. Monthly distribution of the work in the NIER and IMCS teams. Minutes #3 of the meeting was elaborated.
